The space was peaceful. No noise as mentioned you just hear birds. The room was very big for the price we paid I didn't expect it. The stuff was friendly. When we went for the quad bike the guy was very patient with me. The food at the restaurant was amazing and very affordable.

Cinsta lodge is a lovely b&b, with great views and a very nice breakfast. Heidi was a good host but we had a very bad experience, on Christmas Day, when Gerhard was extremely rude to us. Unfortunately, this ruined our day and the remainder of our time at the lodge was tainted.

The Gonubie beach and river mouth is a 2-minute drive away. The guest house features a swimming pool and a fitness centre. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Excellent layout: roomy with 2 couches & 2 chairs, plenty of kitchen & fridge space, nice finishes & decor. We had our own private garage with remote. Owners were friendly and helpful & the place was spotless. As we were street side, we had a partial view of the ocean, but it was a quick drive down Main Street (3-5 minutes?) Gonubie Beach is beautiful and opens to an inner beach along the river where one can swim/ float in warmer water.
