We stayed ten days, from the moment we set foot inside the resort we were greeted warmly and immediately felt at home. The staff is wonderful and go beyond lengths to entertain their guests and make them feel comfortable in any way possible. Especially Mohammed and Samuel from the Sunflower Restaurant are amazing. The Resort offers a variety of a la carte restaurants. You get one free dinner per stay, we used ours at the Grill and it was great. The Sunflower Restaurant and Saraya Food Courts offer great food as well, so there is no need to go to one of the restaurants in order to enjoy fantastic food. The pools are nice, there is a daily entertainment program by the animation team. The team really does their best to engage people in the activities and make you smile. Special thanks to Claudia and Boody for the fun experiences like daily Aquagym and dances. There are evening shows with professional dancers which are a must see! We also enjoyed the drinks at the Resort. Great cocktails at the cozy Lobby Bar. On Monday and Thursday they serve champagne at the Sunflower Restaurant, which is a nice addition. The beach nearby is also top notch, with plenty of sunbeds and acces to food and clean sanitary. Bring your snorkeling equipment because there is plenty of reef close to the coast to explore. All in all we had a great stay and will recommend Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort to anyone who wishes to have a beautiful and relaxed holiday in Makadi Bay (Hurghada). We hope to visit again in the future!

This village-style resort, built in the Nubian Style, is located in Madinat Makadi. Hotel is second line with large private sandy beach with reef for snorkeling or diving. The lagoon-style pool has waterslides and is surrounded by palm trees and sun loungers. Amazing resort, very clean, superb food. Great service from all areas. Top class food. I think we were super satisfied.

It's almost impossible to encounter this level of kindness and hospitality in Egypt! and please trust me when i say this. before we arrived at this hotel to spend the final few days of our trip, we have been travelling to different cities in egypt and the way the tourists are being treated at many different location is extremely disappointing. so it was SUCH A WONDERFUL change for us. That someone does something that WELL! the service and the delicious food was the best at this hotel. 5 stars for sure

The first 9 holes of the golf course is open. amazing place super clean and quit. the beach is a bit far but they have busses to take you. the swimming pools are just fantastic and super clean.
