I had a few troubles on my first day as I was new to self check in and the location. Jason was really helpful and guided me thoroughly. I encountered some cleanliness issues with guests for a day or two. The staffs were quick to address the issue. Generally, as a solo female traveller, I felt safe at this property too. At first, I never had high hopes on this property/maintenance as I paid a very low price for my stay in a private room at this place. However, it actually exceeded my expectations. Well done to the team! Highly recommended place to stay whenever you're in Penang!
