The Windsor Trooper is one of the most popular pubs in town, you’ll be presented with a warm welcome before sitting down to have a drink in the pub or wonderful sun trap garden. The bar stocks a fabulous selection of ales, traditional cider, a wide choice of Belgian beers, a fine wine selection and a large batch of gins, there is literally something for everyone. The Trooper also hosts live music every Thursday as well as a quiz night on the last Wednesday of each month. You’ll be hard-pushed to find a better atmosphere in Windsor.

Great value for money and excellent location. Lots of cute restaurants in the vicinity for breakfast. We are very thankful to our hosts who kept our luggage safe after we checked-out as we wanted to do some more exploring before leaving.

Very friendly family with a great new building. Allowed me to check in last minute really late and had everything needed ! Let me park outside there house even moved the cars for my van. Had water tea coffee and an air fryer so I could make my breakfast the next morning!

Really nice location in period building. Comfortable if basic room, representing great value for money. The staff were approachable and friendly, and welcomed me as a guest rather than a number. Good secure car park for a custom vehicle.

We brought our children to visit Lapland UK and this house is conveniently located around 15 minutes drive away. Comfortable, clean and fully equipped. Host was very helpful and it’s been a lovely private stay, just let ourselves in with the key code and we’re now preparing to leave. We would usually stay in a hotel but we found this option not only cheaper but so much better for our family having a full house and a large garden. We would 100% visit again! Xx

Very quiet,couldn't hear any noise from road or from neighbouring apartments.
