Got 2 lovely family rooms nxt to each other and had everything we needed and so comfortable bed lovely too, breakfast great and so helpful , great food was booked out last night but would have loved to have eaten all nights there.

The spacious rooms at Gasthaus zum Kreuz are non-smoking. All feature wooden furniture, cable TV, and a bathroom. The one staff member was very helpful and quite a servant! The room and the bed were large and comfortable. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from Luzern; a busstop is right next to the hotel (literally) and is only about 15 mins into town where it also stops by the train station. You don't have to walk much at all given this. We really enjoyed the sit down breakfast that was included! Selection may have been smaller than some hotels I had been to, but it was clearly more fresh and "homey" than other places.

You can play mini-golf at the guest house, and the area is popular for windsurfing and cycling. Guests at Ferien-Sempachersee Sandra Sens can enjoy fishing and hiking nearby, or make the most of the garden. Attention to detail is magical. Sandra has thought of everything for your stay. Slept really good, especially with the magical cooling blankets. Location is lovely and the town beautifuly set. Water at the lake is clear and crisp. Locals and all enjoy a swim.

The Rössli’s traditionally furnished rooms feature cable TV, an electric kettle, and a bathroom with hairdryer. All rooms are located in an annex next to the main building. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast is not untill 9am but when requested they arranged really good breakfast as “self service”. Very clean and comfortable rooms.

We were offered to stay at Hotel Central am See and again in an upgraded room with a full lake view in front of us (including the bathroom). And the breakfast was marvellous including a fresh cooked egg as per our wish!
