Attention to detail with everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and accommodating with our late arrival. It was an exceptionally hot evening. The owner immediately brought us extra fans and invited us to use their pool.

Paul ferried us to a local Pub/Restaurant that was excellent value for money(Leslie had pre-booked us) It was a Godsend. We had to departure early than expected due to forecasted storm warning 17th February, Paul gave us the correct information to get to East Midlands airport. Overall a great example of good customer care

The location is great and the staff professional. The room is nice and clean, super comfy bed and really a fun experience! I enjoyed dining at the restaurant and they had delicious, good-sized portions!

The Windsor Trooper is one of the most popular pubs in town, you’ll be presented with a warm welcome before sitting down to have a drink in the pub or wonderful sun trap garden. The bar stocks a fabulous selection of ales, traditional cider, a wide choice of Belgian beers, a fine wine selection and a large batch of gins, there is literally something for everyone. The Trooper also hosts live music every Thursday as well as a quiz night on the last Wednesday of each month. You’ll be hard-pushed to find a better atmosphere in Windsor. Everything. Room was small but had everything we needed. Rally comfy beds. Crisp white linen. Had shower and bathroom. Long mirror , wardrobes . Owner very friendly and helpful. There was a coffee van just outside door in morning just to add to the experience Perfect!

The renovations have put the pride back into this historic inn, whilst retaining or enhancing its features We were made to feel very welcome. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was great & the bed very comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Have reccomended.
