We appreciated the location, as it was very close to the airport and also city centre - both accessible by foot. The bedroom was very tidy and the shared kitchen had all the equipment you could dream of. We could cook our dinner there as well as the breakfast. The complimentary coffee was just a cherry on top. Emanuel, the owner, was very nice and helpful thorough our stay, he had a lot of useful tips for trips and great restaurants. Also, we very appreciated a parking spot right behind the house, because renting a car on Azores is mandatory if you want to get anywhere.

At Farol Guesthouse the rooms are equipped with a desk and a flat-screen TV. The fact that the lady that runs the place was very nice to us went all the way to make us feel at home specially when she left us 2 boxes with breakfast things so we could have breakfast before we left she was the best if I ever go back I will definitely try to stay there

Best of all Miguel very personally yet not intrusively goes from table to table with maps and advises about where and what you might look at. The guidance was flawless
