Easy to access, near to restaurant, grocery store, clinic etc just below the residence building. Owner are friendly, and able to cope with my last minute booking due to my previous booking has been cancelled by the host upon my arrival at the residence. I am quite mad to the previous host for cancelling my booking on the spot. Rushing to book a new residence and I came across with this residence. Good job for owner, thank you very much.

We absolutely adored our suite for our 1 week holiday in KL. Initially we booked 5 days, but decided to continue staying here, and we're lucky to find the suite available on those dates. Staff was quick to respond, cleaning was done daily with fresh towels and water bottles. The location is insanely good. There is a pool on the 88th floor looking over the PETRONAS towers, KL tower and berdeka 118. The building is also home to multiple amazing restaurants and bars and cafes with others within a short walking distance. PETRONAS towers and the mall are approximately 5 mins away by foot. Beds are comfortable, there were 4 ACs in the suite, the water pressure in the bathroom is great. Kitchen has all of the essentials. There are multiple smoking areas for those who need it in the building. Windows are from the floor to the ceiling with the view of a PETRONAS tower. Didn't hear any noise so sound insulation is good. All things considered, this price is a steal, and I cannot imagine having stayed anywhere else that would deliver us such satisfaction. Any cheaper and I'd consider moving to KL for the brilliant rent rate alone.

The best room I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Also, they are equipped with nice gym & swimming pool that can view whole city. Very recommended place to stay. Sure will come again.

Located in the mall directly, easy to shop food, easy to get grab. Duplex very clean, very comfy beds, shower gel/ shampoo incl. It's 25 min to the city centre with grab, so easy and quick. Swimming pool was great, clean, with guards, nice view from 31st floor where the pool is located. All 5*. Easy check in/ check out. Helpful staff at the reception, even we checked in in the night 👍 Washing machine with powder already there 👍 which surprised me nicely, actually! There was a gym machine and yoga mat to use 😁👍

It was clean and had lots of shops nearby. Host was friendly and very accomodating. We were provided tit bits, tea and had clean water to drink from the filter at all times. Wifi was good so we made good use of the SmartTV with Youtube and Netflix. House was big to accomodate all of us and was stocked well (tissues, garbage bags, plates, bowls, cups, cutleries etc). Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
