Swimming pool, sauna, cold bucket, hotel bar and games, towels and robe provided, outdoor seating, laid back vibe. Also really enjoyed the A La Carte food in the restaurant.

Friendly Staff. They waited for us even we passed the dinner time on our check in day. Good variety of food both In breakfast and dinner. Kids love the swimming pool.

Good location, a few hundred meters from the Gondola lift. Many restaurants and bars around. The hotel is traditional so don't expect fancy things but it's clean and the relax area with sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi is nice. My room was big with a big terrace. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist Eva. The hotel has its own restaurant with good food and as a hotel guest you get a discount.

The two bed apartment was good size with great views, swimming pool was nice and two bars serving good food and cheap drinks. The barman ‘Bobby’ in the downstairs bar was especially friendly over our stay and gave us some great advice on first night.

Generally I think there isn't a better value for money choice in Bansko, very satisfied! Very good breakfast! Nice facilities with spacious rooms, kids' playground, spa, swimming pool etc. It snowed a lot and the Staff was cleaning all the snow all the time.

Swimming pool!

Everything was great. Our host is very kind and open for cooperation. The apartment is modernly and functionally equipped. And view from every part of the apartment towards the mountain is magnificient. Also, accommodation includes beautiful swimming pool and 2 saunas.

NOT value for money. Room service doesn't exist at all, staff very rude, receptionist very rude not polite not manners at all. Spa area 1 is just a swimming pool warm nearly cold and a kids pool. Spa area 2 is closed and it's was like a storage. Housekeeping we had to ask for it. The pillows very bad. The room was OK. The staircase in the room very dangerous for children especially. The surrounding area wasn't very good and not even roads. Dinner the worst I ever had at any hotel.

Surprisingly spacious apartment with big terrace area, clean and had all facilities we needed. Spa and swimming pool(s) are fantastic, salt room and fish pedicure made it more special. Only 15-20 minutes walk from the town centre. The hotel has a lovely kids club with plenty of toys and the mini arcade room is great as well. Good selection of food for breakfast.
