The room was clean, spacious and comfortable... The bathroom was nice and the shower was always Hot... Breakfast was always great with a variety of different food types.. We looked forward to eating there each morning, and seeing the the staff with smiling faces ready to help you...

I arrived in the rain; could not get the parking payment machine to work; I tried over and over until I felt like screaming. Really, Holiday Inn Express, Is the £5.00 parking fee really worth infuriating a tired wet guest arriving after dark and just wanting to get in and settled for the evening ? I was near to raving with frustration and anger. Despite pressure, the Reception guy came to help me willingly.
