The environment is spacious, the Guest Manager by name - Gemma - (from her name tag) very professional, helpful and on top of everything. The room was clean though lighting should be improved. Everything needed for basic comfort is provided. The breakfast was so good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I was glad that I don't have to go through hassle of setting the sofa bed as we arrived at the hotel very late at night - it was already set when we got into the room. Such a kind gesture.
