But the best thing definitely was Jakub's service. He was so kind and courteous, let us store backpacks for our 7 day cycling trip, check in earlier, recommended really good restaurants, and is just a great guy to have a chat with.

Beautiful room and lovely staff. The room was pleasantly decorated and it overlooked the road that was quiet. It had everything you needed, tea/coffee making facilities in the room with access to a kitchen. It had air conditioning, WiFi, television, hairdryer, USB charging points and most importantly the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Livorno is a laid back city and everyone we encountered was very friendly. I would definitely recommend
