Would stay here again without hesitation, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they provided in-depth information on how to catch the bus to the boarder. They were also very kind in letting us have a late checkout due to food poisoning and even called another hostel to find us a room since they were booked up. Wifi was fast, rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great.

Very receptive and close to clients. Ready to serve and to help with any kind of questions/problems. We enjoyed at the maximum. The location is very closet to the Playa Grande/ Tamarindo. The beach is very clean, warm and gives you a variety of activities to do it. I enjoyed capturing very nice pictures/ personal and with drone. I highly recommend it. Pura Vida.

Yen and Misha are awesome hosts, very nice, always asking and recommending places and activities to do. There were also two Argentinean volunteers, Mela and Pablo, that made our experience even better. The tents are quite big and comfortable, the common area with an European style is beautiful, full equipped kitchen, plays, books and clean bathrooms. They also have outside showers to clean surfboards. The property is all well set, you can see different animals while drinking a fruit drink. Is better if you have car, the town is 10 minutes walking, the closest beach, Coyote about 2km, much more great places also nearby. It is the perfect place to relax and slow down while enjoying nature.

Hostel La Botella de Leche is 5 minutes’ walk from Tamarindo town centre and 1 hour’s drive from Daniel Oduber International Airport. I really enjoyed my stay at la botella de leche. I did the surfcamp, which was a good combination of surfing and other activities in the area. They were very flexible with the lessons and tried to fit with my schedule. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and good surf instructors.
