We provide all the necessary facilities for our international guests to work comfortably from our apartment, by providing fast and reliable internet as well as client service available 24/7. /!\ We have taken steps to promote sustainability and environmental by reducing food waste and plastic waste by eliminating single-use items single-use items like pepper, salt, sugar, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and others.
/!\ Please note that the apartments are part of the same building and they are located in -1 floor.
The apartment's location provides the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing you to relax and recharge while fully enjoying the sumptuous sea. The neighborhood boasts a diverse range of amenities, making it convenient for residents. From bakeries to Albanian cuisine restaurants, seafood restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, there is a variety of options for dining and daily necessities.
