This not the run of the mill motel style apartment but has an eclectic blend of modern and antique furniture with a lot of interesting local art work. A large and very beautiful apartment 182m2, with 3 large bedrooms and 2 large living areas a good sized balcony with sweeping views over Gardens Golf out to the Arafura Sea. This apartment is located in the Darwin CBD and offering one of the most spectacular uninterrupted views of the Gardens Golf Course, Mindil Beach and out to the Arafura sea and beyond. * Fully Air-conditioned * Extremely spacious, 182m2 * Beautifully-styled! * Open plan living and dining area * A second living and media room * Main bedroom with WIR and a wall mounted flat screen TV * Two other bedrooms with wall mounted flat TV in each (one is a smart tv no aerial) with BIR's * Good sized kitchen featuring an island bench * Includes laundry facilities * Elevator access, one secure car park * Free WiFi and Netflix * Two private balconies to enjoy the spectaular view
Kate, who is the manger of the property and myself are both long term Darwin residents. I have enjoyed living in Darwin for the past 25 years. I love to travel and experience different places, this includes overseas where I have stayed in many privately owned properties - I love this method of travel the most of all, so much better value and a much more real experience of the life of the place than a hotel. our accomodation is a very important part of enjoying our holidays and you will love my apartment - it is stylish, comfortable, massive and very convienient. I have created a beautiful space for people to come home to. I want you to end your days feeling comfortable and relaxed, wether you enjoy the sunset on the balcony with a cold drink or you just chill on the reclining lounge suite watching Netflix. There is plenty of space and if your with kids or you wont be on top of one another! The property is managed by Kate who will be your Darwin contact person, she is a professional host with a great understanding of Darwin and has other properties she manages around inner city Darwin.
In the new art precinct of Darwin, with some of the best galleries in Darwin close by, this is a very private large 3 bedroom apartment in an inner city secure building. Incredible views across the golf course and out to Mindil beach. This apartment has every comfort for a group or for a family. Close to all the best Darwin daytime and night time fun. You can walk to all Darwin city events and venues or you can chose to take the shared electric scooters or e-bikes.
