They say travel is the only thing you buy and get rich. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cozy apartment is located in a new building in the villa zone of Varna - St. Nicholas. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, own English yard where you can relax and unwind. Possibility to use a large common yard with barbecue and gazebo - shared with other tenants / residents. Two-bedroom apartment is 60 sq.m., suitable for 4 people. Free parking space! There is a private car park right in front of the building. Public transport nearby. Possibility for walking. Our guests just need to come with the attitude of a pleasant holiday and a good mood, because we will take care of everything else. If something is missing, we are ready to provide it as soon as possible.
My accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families with children. It is possible to visit with pets. Space: This lovely apartment with an amazing garden is located in a new building with well-maintained common areas and a private green yard. Large living room with lots of natural light is equipped with sofa, dining room, TV, laptop space - wi-fi, large desk. The kitchen is fully integrated with all the necessary appliances you may need - refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle, kitchen utensils and all the necessary amenities for your comfortable stay. Bathroom with toilet. A hot tub with Jacuzzi function is available. The apartment has a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and everything needed for cleaning. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and wardrobe. The other bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds for 2 guests. The heating is air conditioned, so it is up to you to set the optimal temperature. Tea and coffee, clean linen, towels and toiletries are provided for each stay.
Located within the city of Varna, the picturesque villa area of ​​St. Nicholas is located three kilometers from the city center, three kilometers from the resort of St. St. Constantine and Helena, and AQUAHOUSE Thermal & Beach, eight kilometers from Varna Airport and only ten minutes by car from the Golden Sands resort. The area has a unique sea view to Varna Bay and Cape Galata. St. Nicholas borders the neighborhoods of Vinitsa, Briz and Trakata. Since 2004 the villa zone has been built as a kind of resort destination. The proximity to the beach, the sea garden, the Park Mart supermarket, the Shell gas station and bus stops are a good solution for tourists looking for this destination. The clean sea air and the pleasant breeze, combined with the surrounding nature of the local park, create a favorable atmosphere and make St. Nicholas a preferred area not only for recreation but also for permanent residence.
