Wunderschön gelegen mit fantastischem Blick von der Terrasse in Richtung Weisshorn. Man fühlt sich etwas zurückversetzt in der Zeit im Maiensäss von Marco und trotzdem hat es ausreichend Komfort für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in den Bergen. Der Hottub und die Sauna sind zweifellos einmalig, obwohl das Aufheizen sehr viel Zeit und Holz abverlangt. Die Katzen sind süss, mit der Zeit etwas anhänglich. Schwedenofen in der Stube ist sehr effektiv und schafft ein gemütliches Ambiente.

The chalet is located in a very quiet place, about 200 meters from the road, ie from the parking lot about 5 minutes walk (!), with a beautiful view of the Mattertal and the Weisshorn. The chalet has everything you need in everyday life, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, two toilets, a shower, a living room with large TV and Netflix, Swedish stove, 3 bedrooms, a reading gallery, a hotpot / hot tub, a sauna, washing machine and dryer, barbecue area, piano, guitar, table tennis, board games, and much more. The couch in the living room and the seating on the reading gallery can be converted into a double bed, so in addition to the 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two single beds, a total of ten people have space to sleep. The chalet also includes 40000m2 of land, which of course can be used, with the neighboring farmer occasionally grazing his cows, goats and donkeys on the land from spring to autumn. Important: The bedrooms and toilets have electric heating, but the living area must be heated with the Swedish stove. There are still two cats living in the house, who either get the food in nature or take dry food from the feeder.
The chalet is located directly on a hiking trail that connects the nearby Embder hiking area. Furthermore, many other hiking and skiing areas are nearby: Moosalp: 20 minutes, Grächen and Saas Fee: 30 minutes, Zermatt: 45 minutes to 1 hour, Aletscharena: 30 minutes, and the famous thermal resort of Leukerbad: 1 hour.
