ARRIVE - FEEL-GOOD - ENJOY. The BEACH HOUSE is a fantastic 70 sqm 2-room design apartment with a unique view of the Flensburg Fjord and private parking in front of the door. Whether alone, as a couple or with the family ... here you can enjoy yourself! The spacious balcony offers you a unique panoramic view of the beach and the sea. You can also enjoy the beautiful view from the living and dining area with open kitchen. And the beach is only a stone's throw away - simply pure Baltic Sea! The BEACH HOUSE was completely renovated and newly equipped in 2020. It consists of a large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher etc. - ideal for self-catering!), a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. The large window front offers you a wonderful view of the beach and the Flensburg Fjord. In the BEACH HOUSE you can of course use WLAN (VDSL 100Mbit) free of charge and besides the big TV in the living room (HD-TV + MagentaTV) you will find another flat screen TV in the bedroom (HD-TV).

Neighbourhood information

The BEACH HOUSE is located directly at the Flensburg Fjord in the district of Wassersleben. The city of Flensburg is right next door and Denmark can also be reached after just under 700 m via the idyllic Schusterkate border crossing. Fancy a walk? Then you are in the right place! Whether on the beach or in the forest - or even both at the same time. Or maybe you'd rather go shopping in the beautiful city centre of Flensburg and finish off with a delicious drink or meal in one of the numerous restaurants at the Flensburg harbour? Here you are truly spoilt for choice. But also in the immediate vicinity you will find everything for your physical well-being. The bakery diagonally opposite the BEACH HOUSE provides fresh rolls in the morning or delicious cakes in the afternoon. A Greek restaurant is only about 200 m away and after only 100 m you reach a Danish supermarket.
