The floating house is built on a pontoon and can be reached quite comfortably via a jetty. The two bedrooms are directly above the water, so that you can let the gentle swaying of the house rock you to sleep when the wind blows, and in the morning your gaze can fall directly on the glittering waves first thing in the morning. The comfortable shower room is also on this floor, as well as a 30 m² wrap-around terrace where you can always find a nice spot right on the water. Via a staircase you reach the light-flooded living area with modern kitchenette on the upper floor. This floor is designed loft-like without walls and is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. From here, too, the view naturally falls on the water all around. Here, too, there is of course a terrace. It is located in front of the living room and is equipped with high-quality garden furniture, which invites to a relaxed breakfast in the fresh air. Above everything, on top of the roof, is the magnificent sun deck, from which you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the passing sailboats on the water particularly well.
