Check-in instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Great location, walking distance from the old town and very close to the tram stop. We also enjoyed strolling in the park in front. The apartment was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage space and comfortable seating.

We have been active in short-term rentals with our small family business DykeView Appartements since 2020 and actually come from the field of nursing. We currently operate four accommodations in Bremen, and from October 2022 there will be six. We take great pleasure in providing our guests with a pleasant stay and bringing them closer to our city in a variety of places in Bremen. Each flat is furnished by us with a lot of passion and commitment in a very individual way, but should give all guests the same feeling - FEEL AT HOME!

Property information

In the middle of the Wallanlagen - a green corridor that surrounds Bremen's city centre - you will stay in a quietly located, modernly equipped city flat. On the small terrace overlooking the moat you can enjoy a morning coffee or tea or an evening drink. No cars drive by here, but there are pedestrians who walk right past the accommodation. You have a bedroom with a queen-size bed at your disposal, and in the living area there is a sofa bed 140 cm wide. The kitchen area is visually separated by a bar table. The kitchen itself offers everything you need for cooking. We are happy to provide free coffee and tea products. The refrigerator has a spacious freezer compartment. For longer stays, an iron and ironing board are at your disposal, as well as a clothes horse. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate cellar room, which can be used for a fee (washing cycle EUR 2.50 each, drying EUR 2.00). The flat has a higher humidity, which is why the dehumidifier in the living-dining area can be used to create a pleasant room climate. When it is hot outside, the flat is pleasantly cool; in winter, an infrared heater and an electric fan heater can be used in addition to the normal heating, if required.

Neighbourhood information

Your flat is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. It is only a few minutes' walk to the main railway station, the old town or the Weser River, which you can ideally cover through the beautiful ramparts. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby, and public transport stops are only 100 metres away. There is a multi-storey car park directly opposite the accommodation, the maximum daily price is currently 10.00 euros. A smaller number of parking spaces are available on the street for a fee.
