This comfortable and tastefully furnished 3-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor is recommended for a successful holiday. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette including 4-zone ceramic hob and extractor hood, 2 bedrooms (bed linen can be booked for 30 euros per person) and a daylight bathroom with shower/toilet. From the second balcony, which is accessible from the bedroom, you can enjoy a view of the North Sea and the Wadden Sea. This holiday apartment is equipped with 2 TVs (cable connection), DVD player and radio. You park your car in an underground parking space reserved for the apartment. The holiday apartment is equipped with a high-quality genuine leather sofa set. - Tiled floor. - Free WiFi! - Free underground parking space number 3 - Washing machine and dryer available in the property for a fee. The holiday apartment is located in a holiday complex built in 2001 in the Frisian style in a quiet side street in the center of Duhn without through traffic. The well-kept sandy beach and the Wadden Sea, as well as the beach promenade, can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot. The ahoi! adventure pool and the thalasso center, spa and wellness facilities, pharmacy, spa doctor, financial institution, various shops and restaurants can also be reached in just a few minutes. There may be disruptions due to construction site noise in the Nordstrasse area until spring 2024
