The exclusive thatched half-timbered house based on ecological clay construction with an idyllic view of the water is located in the middle of the Usedom Nature Park. The interior design is modern, shows love for detail - and is also really comfortable and practical. The house is ideal for groups of up to 12 people and families with children. Living space approx. 208 m² plus large sauna area. Four comfortable, spacious double rooms. Two extra bed rooms in the attic, which can be unlocked from the 9th person and after prior agreement and payment. Spacious, cozy living and dining area with fireplace, TV, WiFi, high-quality and fully equipped comfort kitchen, three luxurious bathrooms, sauna facility, double garage, large garden with terrace and view of the water. There is also a children's playground in the garden. Bicycle, canoe and fishing boat rental. Beach chair, hammock and sun loungers in the garden. Suitable for children, non smoking property, pets considered, suitable for seniors, not suitable for wheelchairs. **The cleaning fee includes the final cleaning incl. bed linen & towels per person**
