Located in Casablanca Golf, the resort is peaceful, gated, well secured with guards 24h. The year round temperature is around 25 degrees C, which makes it ideal for stays any time of the year. Located on the first -and last- floor, the townhome-like apartment has private access and offers a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the ocean. The space: 120 m2 and very bright with windows in every area. Fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a large terrace. The swimming pool is steps away from the apartment and the beach within 20m. There are 5 beds: 1 queen and 4 single (2 trundle beds). Capacity (maximum) is for 6 persons. 2 numbered parking spaces. 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment: mini-market, fresh seafood stands, and a restaurant. 5 minutes drive from the resort: gas station, pharmacies, stores, internet cafe, etc. Apartment has WIFI. We can recommend a cleaning/cook lady who cooks very good Ecuadorian coastal food. Activities -Golf -Tennis -Humpback Whales watching -Atacame nightlife
