This sweet little apartment was in a bustling and lively neighborhood just steps away from amenities. It had everything needed to make a fantastic trip. There was also excellent communication with the property. Would highly recommend for a couple.

You won't find a cleaner apartment than ours. The apartment is super central, 5 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol, with the "Lavapiés" metro right next door, there is also a large supermarket that operates 24 hours a day. where they even have very delicious and cheap prepared food. Noise-free apartment, fully equipped with everything you may need. The bed very comfortable. We leave coffee, tea and pastries and more free details. We will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Note: Before check-in, I will request photos of your identity documents (DNI or Passport), for the corresponding report to the competent authorities, without this requirement you will not be able to access the accommodation.

Lavapies is a multicultural neighborhood, a mixture of arts and culture par excellence in the center of Madrid. Many people are seen on the street always even at night, but always respectful. It is a neighborhood to discover, with a lot of charm, cozy and good atmosphere, with many bars and shows to enjoy. It is a safe neighborhood and an example of living together. If you want to see something characteristic of the neighborhood, every Sunday Lavapies is full of people festering market. It is El Rastro, the most traditional and largest flea market in Madrid and still retains great vitality. Tapas by Lavapies Many people from Madrid go to Lavapies and have tapas and drinks. The walk can start through the Tirso de Molina Square. To have a drink we can suggest the terraces of Argumosa Street, always full of groups and bars How to move The subway is undoubtedly the fastest and cheapest way to get around Madrid and you have the subway next to the apartment. You also have bus stop and taxi stop. Although it is best to discover Madrid taking a walk.
