The apartment is located a few meters from the university, Palace of Justice and Clinical Hospital. Apartment for 4 people in the Teatinos area. The apartment consists of 1 room, with double bed, television, air conditioning. Bed linen for the stay and towels are delivered. The living room has a large sofa bed for 2 more people, the dining room table is foldable to eat or work comfortably. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay in Malaga. Our apartment is located a few meters from the City of Justice, a few meters from the University Campus, the Clinical Hospital and 600 m from the metro station. You have access to the highway a few meters so in a matter of minutes you will reach the city center. The place where it is located is a quiet area to stay. A growing area of ​​Malaga with a wide range of restaurants and walking areas.
The Teatinos neighborhood in Malaga is a young neighborhood. Near the main universities, the Clinical Hospital of Malaga and the Palace of Justice. It has a wide range of restaurants and many newly created with exquisite menus, we always recommend our best sites but you have the guides to consult. In a few minutes you can be in the center of Malaga since access by car is direct and by public transport it is very good and frequent. If you come to the Fair you will see that in a few minutes you will be in the Real de la Feria. For the nearest beaches you can opt for public transport or by car. We recommend the Malagueta beach in the center or La Misericordia in the western part of Malaga which is a few minutes away by car.
