Property information

Fantastic apartment, recently renovated, ideal for families and friends wishing to explore Barcelona. This 3 bedroom apartment, located just 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia, is on the sixth floor of a quiet building with elevator (Pleas, take note that the lift will be out of service during the months of October and November 2018.) It has a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds. The living room offers a very spacious and bright space with dining table and a cozy reading corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Neighbourhood information

The Eixample district is famous for being home to most of Barcelona's art nouveau masterpieces, shopping areas and local restaurants. Eixample is a safe and residential area of the city, but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a prosperous coffee culture. Eixample is a beautiful neighborhood to walk around and enjoy the glorious architecture. In addition, the main attractions are easily accessible on foot or by public transport. You can easily reach any place due to the proximity of 2 metro stations: Sagrada Familia (L2 & L5) and Encants (L2) and several bus lines (1 minute away from the apartment). These lines will take you to almost any interesting point in the city: Barcelona beaches, the Gothic Quarter, Port Vell and Maremagnum, the Picasso museum, the MACBA or Parc Güell
