Marila, our host, was extremely nice and punctual. The place was perfect, well equipped with everything you need. The location is outstanding, next to all the restaurants and shops. The outside balcony is great especially in sunny weather. Street parking was super easy and free on the back side next to the canal. Would definitely recommend her place. Make sure you buy some local tomatoes, they are excellent!
