Great views from the communal pool area and very tastefully restored accommodation, with modern facilities but a period feel. Would suit a small, self-sufficient group of family or friends who didn't mind not having any local facilities in the village. In sunny weather, the pool/sauna/ hot-tub area is very good indeed, and it's great to have steep walking access from here up, up and further up the hill to the edge of the Teide forests and the wider network of trails. The host is very helpful indeed and quick to respond to any queries or fix any temporary faults.

Away from mass tourism in extremely quiet outskirts of the village. The popular holiday home on the BIO Finca Palo alto in the southwest. Far from mass tourism and in a quiet natural location. The closed patio (inner courtyard) offers families with small children security. Finca “Palo Alto” is often referred to as the most beautiful private Finca on Tenerife. Wellness facility with communal sauna, solar heated swimming pool and whirlpool with permanently 37 ° C warm water heated It is located in a small mountain village El Jaral with only 200 inhabitants. So you can experience the Canarian hospitality in the immediate vicinity. Due to the high altitude, warmer transition clothing makes sense in the winter months.
