New refurbished holiday home with private balcony. Placed in a quiet residencial complex with a nice community pool, only 15 min. walk to one of the nicest beach "Playa Fañabe". Ideal for people looking for a relaxing, stress-free holiday. Why not take a walk to the beach or enjoy a meal at one of the nice various restaurants? The holiday home is fully equipped with completely new furniture, int. TV, wifi, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, washing machine, hairdryer, iron board.
I am available for my clients during their stay.
My place is situated in Costa Adeje close to the shopping center Gran Sur. Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje nowadays is one city. Together the built the main touristic area in the south of Tenerife. Here you can find everything you need to enjoy your holiday. You will find a nice variety of restaurants with international and local dishes. Bars and Clubs, nice beaches, shopping centres, supermarkets, taxis stands and bus stops. The famous Siam Park, one of the biggest water park in Europe, Agualand and the Jungle Park are only a few minutes away by bus or taxi. Water excursions, whale watching, jet ski, scubba dive, diving, fishing trips can be done from the harbour in Los Cristianos or Puerto Colon. Farmacie's, Doctor's and Hospital's are also close by if you need them
