Property information

We have two studios within the Gamonal Urbanization. A studio on the third floor and another building on the ninth floor. Both studios have a maximum capacity for 3 people: a double bed and an extra bed. Air-conditioning. Living-dining room with glazed terrace and views of the city. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine and fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, Italian coffee maker, toaster, etc. Free Wifi, iron, ironing board. The building has a 24-hour reception, elevator, common areas: swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and gardens. The pool is open from Easter to the first half of September, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. To consider: Check-in must be done online. Neighbourhood information

Studios located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa del Sol: Arroyo de la Miel. Characterized by being a quiet area, but at the same time full of life. Santa Ana beach and promenade are just 800 meters from the studios. Likewise, it is fantastically connected to the Costa del Sol by train. Less than 800 meters away is the Arroyo de la Miel Train stop heading to Fuengirola and Málaga. Near the studios you will find several supermarkets, shops, bars, pubs, etc.
