Beautiful, newly renovated spacious apartment with balcony conveniently located in Marbella. 250 meters from the beach of Casablanca and the Golden Mile. Directly behind hotel Grand Melia Don Pépé. Plaza de Naranja and Iglesia Mayer de La Encarnacion at 1.8 km (old center) The accommodation near the beach offers access to a very nice garden with 2 swimming pools and sunbeds. Free private parking, free WiFi and 24 hour reception. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two with access to balcony! The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and TV. There is also a large bathroom with double sink and shower. Separate toilet. Long balcony with morning sun, overlooking a quiet street with lots of greenery and mountains. A spacious living room with large dining table, sitting area with corner sofa with Smart TV and Soundbar. Well-equipped kitchen with center island and wine fridge! Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A spacious storage room with washing machine and dryer. And storage space for suitcases. The apartment has air conditioning, ventilation system for clean air. Electric underfloor heating and water/descaling system.
We are Edwin and Lonneke Ruberg from the Netherlands. We have been coming to Spain for many years. We have been renting out our beautifully renovated apartment since July 2021. Jardines del Mar apartment complex is located in one of the better, quieter areas of Marbella! Close to the beach, boulevard and the Golden Mile. You can explore the neighborhood on foot or by bike, looking for the many nice restaurants and shops, the boulevard, the chiringuitos and the marinas. At hotel Grand Melia Don Pépé (behind Casa Apolonia) you can rent a padel or tennis court It is only a 15 minute walk to the old town of Marbella. See video You Tube “ Jardines del Mar Casa Apolonia!! Inland to Benahavís for the Riverwalk, the beautiful white village of Pueblo Mijas in the mountains with the old bullring (fun with kids) or the many golf courses! Or towards the beautiful Ronda (56 km) The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is a 2.5-hour drive away. The taxi rank is in front of the door, bus station 2 km. Supermarkets within walking distance. La Canada shopping center 3.9 km. Nearest airport is Malaga-Costa del Sol 41 km from Casa Apolonia
