Spacious corner townhouse above the bay of El Medano, only 250m from the beach with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are on the first floor, one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace with view to the highest mountain in Spain the majestic Teide, and the other bedroom with an open space design without doors but also separated from the first bedroom by its doors, the third bedroom on the main floor and the fourth bedroom is part of the semi-basement floor which offers a large space, equipped as a second living room or hobby room with even a dart board and a play station 4. This floor has a private entrance from the street through which you can also access a large storage room to store wind or kite surfing equipment or bicycles. There are bike and board racks and on the same floor there is also a bathroom with a shower, a fridge and a dishwasher to give maximum independence to this area as well as desks and two screens for PCs. On the main level there is a cosy living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a water filter system, a complete bathroom and a terrace with a dining and chill out area. This accommodation offers space and privacy for families or large groups in a strategic position in El Medano with private underground parking space. As usual, bed linen and towels, both with replacements, beach towels, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included. Please note that there are stairs inside the property.
