the entire property...nice place for family 4 members.We had 2 bedrooms, 3 bath, one nice balcony and one terace with bbq (didn't use it) and 2 sun bads. The swimming pool for the property isn't heated, but the water is ok if is sunny outside. You can only go by car from the apartment. The markets are very close to the apartment (Mercadona and Lidl).

Modern 2 bedroom duplex townhouse decorated with elegant and avant-garde details, fully equipped to enjoy a unique experience. Distributed over 2 floors and the garage area. From the upper floor you will enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and La Gomera. Terrace with gas barbecue and hammocks. Private parking on the ground floor of the house and laundry area. SmartTV, fibre internet and air conditioning (all included in the price). It has 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 toilet, fully equipped kitchen and 3 terraces. Includes a sofa bed in the living room. Includes the use of the communal swimming pool for adults and children's pool with solarium and sunbeds.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in the residential area of Playa Negra II, close to beach areas (Playa de la Arena and Playa de los Guíos). Supermarkets only 5-10 minutes walking distance: Mercadona, Hiperdino and Lidl. Close to shopping area, restaurants and bars. Everything available and accessible very close to our accommodation.
