Property information

The magnificent beachfront penthouse has a modern, spacious and luxurious interior, big terraces and stunning views. The location is on first line of the beach. The two top floors of a new high-class beachfront building compose a modern and fully furnished penthouse with possibly the most spectacular views over the beach and sea in El Médano. The spacious living room with a big eat-in kitchen features sofas, dinner table and a flatscreen TV so as to provide you with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. The three bedrooms have only high quality beds and mattresses and provide a recreational atmosphere, in which up to 4 (max. 5) people can sleep and relax. Two of the three bedrooms have ensuite-bathrooms. Two exceptional and very big terraces, one on each floor of the penthouse, invite to chill out on sunny days, have lunch outdoors or enjoy the picturesque sunset over the sea. The beach is directly in front of the house.

Neighbourhood information

El Médano (Spanish, "The sand dune") is a town in the municipality of Granadilla de Abona, on the island of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands. The town is situated near the largest natural beaches of Tenerife, the Playa Grande and the Playa Tejita. Between the beaches is La Montaña Roja ("The Red Mountain"), a volcanic cone that is a protected natural reserve. It's a great place to relax and wind down. There is a large town square in front of the main beach, which holds many local fiestas, especially during the summer months and a spectacular annual public firework display across the bay. Around this square are many bars and restaurants where you can have a coffee, eat Spanish tapas or seafood. The apartment is located on the first line of the beach, a 1 minute walk from the central plaza. El Medano is easy to reach from the South airport TFS. It is a 20 minutes drive from the tourist center Los Cristianos/Adeje/Las Americas, a 45 minute drive from the island's capital Santa Cruz, and a 1 hour drive from the island's north and the Teide National Park. Within El Medano, everything is reachable within a 10 minute walking distance.
