“Extreme” remodeled two bedroom duplex flat in a historic landmark building, nestled next to Madrid’s Zurbano Street, near all the city center of Madrid has to offer, and cataloged as one of the best streets in Europe by the New York Times, a stone’s throw from Madrid’s two top 5* grand luxe hotels, the Santo Mauro and the Villa Magna, is this beautiful space from which to plan your next Madrid adventure. Full A/C.. a Godsend in summer! Exquisitely furnished and meticulously restored, my space boasts original wood flooring, high ceilings, 2 uber comfortable bedrooms … one a loft with a queen bed 135x cm x 200 cm, and the other with two large oversized American style California single/full beds 105cm x 200 cm, which can be placed apart or together. A fully configured gas German AEG kitchen. Brand new maxi sized bathroom with electronic touch shower controls. Full American style AC and thermostatic gas heating (a Godsend in winter and summer). Highest quality Tempur bedding and hotel style linens for your uninterrupted slumber after exploring this wonderful city! Blazingly fast fiber optic internet. Professional grade cleaning and disinfection services are in place. NOT ALLOWED: outside guests, coworking with outside guests, smoking, parties or events of any kind. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for each block of 7 nights or part thereof after the initial 7 nights.
