Newly furnished apartment with views over the garden, sea and mountains. The apartment is located in the beautiful Elviria Hills, with beautiful landscaped gardens. It has a 9 hole course, with driving range, star restaurant El Lago and sports facilities (tennis, gym with sauna). The apartment is on the ground floor, but has a raised south-facing terrace. The spacious living room opens directly onto the terrace, with direct access to the gardens and pool. The spacious bedrooms also connect to the terrace with sliding doors and both have an ensuite bathroom with fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is of high quality, with marble floors, air conditioning and heating and double glazing. The interior is completely new with comfortable furniture and finished to perfection. Wifi is via fiber and the Smart TV offers unlimited channels throughout Europe, including Netflix. The balcony of 65m2 has a large dining area and lounge set. The terrace is partly covered, offers cooling in the summer, but also in the winter there is sun all day. The underground closed parking garage is located directly below the apartment and is accessible by a lift. From the private garden there is access to a large swimming pool and children's pool (approx. 40 meters).
I have been coming to beautiful Elviria for years where we are happy to offer our apartment to share this experience. On site we have a manager who receives you and is available.
Elviria Hills is a quiet community, ideal voor families and golfplayers. Elviria beach is 2 km away and is one of the most beautiful beaches in Marbella. With many facilities from cozy Chiringuittas to the fashionable Nikki Beach, Estrella del Mar and Casanis. Elviria offers all facilities. 3 supermarkets and squares with terraces and restaurant. From cozy tapas places to more exclusive restaurants. There are at least 40 golf courses within a 30-minute drive. The beautiful Santa Maria Golf Club is about a 3 minute drive away. Cabopino Golf at 4 km, Rio Real Golf, Miraflores, Calanova etc at about 9 km from the apartment. There are newly constructed walking paths along the beaches, for example from Cabopino to Cala de Mijas and from Marbella to Puerto Banus. Water sports opportunities in the (marina) ports of Cabopino, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Malaga airport is 40 kilometers away. Public transport: bus stop at 1 kilometer. Elviria has a market twice a week. Shopping in Marbella Centro at 10 km, in Puerto Banus at 20 km and La Cañada Shopping Center Marbella at 12 km. Adventure park Aventura Amazonia in Elviria at 1 km. Water park: Agua Mijas at 15 km. Caminito del Rey at about 50 km.
