Contact with agent and key handover really straightforward. Apartment also used by the owners so much better equipped than usually, especially the kitchen. Great for a long stay, very comfortable and really big balcony. In January had sun on it from first thing until mid afternoon. Pool looks nice although didn’t use it and grounds well maintained. Close to lots of public transport connections, shops and restaurants. It is at the Rambla de Poblenou end of Calle Tánger. Will definite return.
