La Osoteca is a duplex, on the lower floor you have an open space in which to enjoy your stay. The living room overlooks an interior patio with a vertical garden. It has an extendable dining table where 6 people can eat comfortably. There are two sofas that convert into beds and a bean bag that is a small single bed. It also has a toilet. On the upper floor, which is accessed by a staircase (you have to go up and down manually), there is the master bedroom with two double beds, one 180cm and the other 160cm, wardrobe and a complete bathroom with shower. To go up to the second floor it is necessary to use a ladder that has to be raised and lowered manually. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., outside of these hours it is necessary to consult and has an extra cost, apart from the fact that the keys have to be collected at another location, a 10-minute walk away.

La Osoteca is located in Madrid's famous Chamberí neighbourhood, the most traditional district of the city, an area with a lot of life, both cultural and social. Several museums, as well as interesting theatres, make up the cultural offer of the neighbourhood. Its squares, among which Plaza de Olavide and Plaza de Chamberí stand out, are ideal places for tapas. If you are a lover of gastronomy, you should not miss out on all the options available, such as the Vallehermoso market, 300 metres from the house, or the bars on Calle Guzmán el Bueno, such as HD, Najera Membibre, etc. Also in Donoso Cortes street itself, you have places like the Rio Nalón famous for its cachopos and Asturian food, Espuma, Casa Mundi or the Brazilian Boteco. You have multiple Metro stops to get around the city, Canal, Queveo and Islas Filipinas. Madrid has many options for car sharing, car, motorbike, scooter, scooter or bicycle.
