the location was very good , less than 10 minutes from beach ,shops and restuarants . The property was recentely renovated and it was spotless. We had lots of communication before and after our plane landed and our host could not have been nicer

In this holiday home right in the centre of El Médano and only a few steps from the main beaches, the absolute highlight is comfort. 3 bedrooms, one with a 1.60m bed, one with a 1.35m double bed and one with a 1.35m sofa bed and desk with chair, 2 full bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, offer space and privacy for families with children or large groups. The spacious living room with open plan, fully equipped kitchen also offers a comfortable balcony with open views and the possibility to relax outdoors. The bedrooms as well as the living room are all equipped with ceiling fans for the hottest days. For absolute comfort, this accommodation comes with a private parking space with direct lift access, an important detail in such a central location. Enjoy the liveliness and authenticity of the village and all its services at your fingertips! As usual in our proposals, fibre optic Wi-Fi connection, international TV channels, bed linen and towels, beach towels, a washing machine, a hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. We advise all our guests that it is strictly FORBIDDEN to store sports equipment such as bicycles, equipment for kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing or other sports equipment inside this property.
