Charming apartment with an unbeatable location on the main avenue of the modern area of Malaga, el Litoral. This delightful apartment offers all the amenities you could need for a perfect holiday: air conditioning (hot/cold), a bedroom equipped with a comfortable 150 cm bed and fitted wardrobes, a living room with a sofa bed (135 cm), and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (induction cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster) and utensils. Additionally, bed linen, bathroom towels, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. Entertainment is covered with a Smart TV and complimentary WiFi. To top it all off, the apartment features a bright south-facing terrace with expansive views, and includes a complimentary underground parking space within the building. As an added bonus, the building complex offers a paddle court, a children’s playground, and 2 community pools with different depths (open only in high season months) All of this comes with our dedicated assistance and impeccable service to ensure you have a memorable stay. We would like to inform you that the pool is currently closed due to government restrictions related to drought conditions until further notice. We do not have a reopening date yet, but we will keep you informed of any updates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
