Welcome to Valencia! We are Isabel, Elena and Iulia, we manage fully equipped properties rental in Valencia, both short and long term, this is our professional activity. We will welcome you in the apartment at arrival, and we will give you all the possible tips in order to help you have a wonderful stay! We will try to be excellent hosts, we are available 24h to solve any kind of things.

Property information

It is a very well equipped apartment, with all the amenities you might need. From the 10m2 terrace there are sea views and towards the swimming pool. The main bedroom is large and features some closets and a direct access to the terrasse with sea views. The beds and mattresses are of very good quality. Well equipped kitchen with all small appliances one might need. It is a comfortable apartment, ideal for a stay of tourism in Valencia, or to spend the winter months under the sunny and warm Valencia weather. The apartment is in a quiet area with surveillance 24h, in a complex of apartments with nice utilities like a restaurant, a small shop and a communal outdoor swimming pool with safeguard open from June 15th to September 15th (most years the opening is extended until sept 30th). Maximum capacity in the pool, 4 people at a time per apartment. They can take turns. There is also a communal space in the residence with free internet wifi access. Please return the apartment clean. If you want an extra cleaning you can request it.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is 50m from one of the best beaches in Valencia: playa Patacona. Valencia's beaches are ideal to spend few months in winter/spring and enjoy the sun and the mediterranean brightness that characterizes the city of Valencia. 10 minutes walking distance, there is a gym complex with all kinds of sports (group classes, weight room, swimming pool, etc …). You will find many outdoor cafes and restaurants on the seafront which is 50m from the apartment. Valencia old town is 20 minutes drive from there and 30 minutes by bus , so the apartment is also very close to the attractions of the city of Valencia like the Oceanographic Park, the historic center, Valencia Cathedral , Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange) etc.
