The key handover will take place at the office located in CALLE GUILLEM SOROLLA, 33. The Verdi apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in order to access the property you must go up a STEEP set of stairs (approximately one floor). Upon entry, you will find the living-dining area and kitchen which is fully equipped and modern. This level is set up on an open concept with no doors, making it very spacious and airy, ideal to sit back and relax and enjoy the use of TV, DVD. The sofa-bed can be used for sleeping. There is a balcony on this level to the street as well as windows in the living room and kitchen. On the second floor which is like an attic with a slanted roof all done in wood, you will find two bedrooms. The first has two single beds and wardrobe space for the guests belongings with two windows. At the rear is the second bedroom; it is larger and has a queen size bed and also a wardrobe and two windows. Both are decorated with style and each has its own heat and partial A/C with units in the living area and the kitchen. There are two full bathrooms in this fantastic duplex, one conveniently located on each level. Do not forget, the beach is not far at all from this house.

These apartments are located 5 minutes walking distance from La Malvarrosa, Valencia’s own beach! They are situated right in the heart of an old fisherman’s neighborhood and is typically Spanish in flavour. In the same street you can find everything: supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries, and all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants, like in the neighborhoods of days gone by. The apartments are well connected to all areas as there are bicycles and a metro station at a few minutes walk; buses and taxis at your doorstep will take you easily to either the port where Valencia hosted the famous international regatta the America’s Cup, the historical centre or the incredible City of Arts and Sciences.
