Ground floor includes an open-plan living room with big windows, a fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances, a guest bathroom, and an interior patio. the First floor has three bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting an ensuite bathroom, and two bedrooms with one shared bathroom. Rooftop includes a solarium area with outdoor seating. Basement includes one bedroom with one separate bathroom and laundry facilities. It directly accesses the garage suitable for two cars.
