Villa Llenaire Gran is in a fantastic area, few minutes walk from the beach and seafront. This Stunning 6 bedroom Villa is perfect for big groups who search for a great location. Impressively accommodating and serene, the villa’s interior blankets guests in absolute comfort. Enter the luminous villa to discover gleaming tile flooring, a neutral color scheme, thick crown moulding, and recessed lighting. Step into the spacious living room to find a modern fireplace, a television, plush couches, and an adjoining dining room with a large dining table. Conveniently situated nearby, the fully functional kitchen features ample cabinetry, solid surface countertops, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, an oven/range, and a cozy breakfast table. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on both levels for versatile sleeping arrangements. On the ground floor double bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and others two twin bedrooms share access to a full bathroom. Go upstairs to find another double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. Additionally, the upper-level also has a lounge with a television, a dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen. while the shared terrace offers intoxicating views of majestic mountains.

Neighbourhood information

A car is not necessary due to its wonderful location and proximity to Puerto Pollensa, though there is private parking and also on the street available, in case it is decided to rent it to discover the beautiful and picturesques places around the Villa. The unique location, just a ten minutes walk to Puerto Pollensa, makes this villa an ideal choice for travellers who don´t want to drive during their stay. From the Villa you can walk to the beach (3 min) and in the evening participate at the numerous activities in town or visit the idyllic restaurants by the sea and local bars the village offers. Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort offering everything you will need for your perfect stay in Mallorca. The beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa offers a wide range of water sports activities to choose from. During the day time you can relax at the beach or for our more active guests there are possiblities to practise windsurfing, jetski, sailing, etc. In the evening there is a wide choice of restaurants - from local tapas to expensive fine dining restaurants. Old Pollença boasts several good restaurants and small cafés. The town is steeped in History and this is evident everywhere you look. The Sunday market is especially colourful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices. Salt-scented breezes, excellent wine, and new experiences await you and your guests.
