This Villa is perfectly located for everything you need on your holiday in Puerto Pollensa. The beach is so close - literally at the end of the road so you can pitch up there but pop back to the Villa for lunches etc. The pool was lovely, really nice garden / terrace area to eat outside and lots of loungers and also shade. The pool has large steps at one end that is also great to sit on and cool off and great for smaller children too, The Air con was excellent and the beds were so comfortable. On our arrival the owners met us, we were welcomed and shown around, the fridge was stocked with essentials and some beers, wine and local cheese which was a really nice idea. They were both super helpful and on the departure day they came to check us out. The location is near to a couple of supermarkets, some lovely restaurants and once you are there you don't need a car as there is lots to do on foot. We have had a brilliant holiday. The villa is well stocked, there was an abundance of linen and towels, it has everything you need, extremely clean and in a nice quiet area. We would definitely be back.

The villa is perfectly located half way along the beach at porta de Pollenca but not in the busier part of the town. It is not on the sea front but is only 100 yards from it. It is not secluded but it is far enough from the beaten track so that there is no passing traffic ( pedestrian or vehicle) . We have visited several times and look on it like a home from home. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance which suit most pallets and budgets.

The Villa was wonderful, far exceeded our expectations. A real home from home, and very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook in as was early in the season so resort was quiet. The bed was super comfy has the best weeks sleep ever!! Great position, you can see the sea from the front door. We had a lovely relaxing time, weather wasn’t great….but you can’t order the sun to come out!! We would defiantly use this villa again and will be recommending to family and friends.

Beautiful clean beach with plenty of sun loungers. Lots of nice restuarants close by. The rooms are spacious and the villa is a good size for 4 adults and a child sharing. The residential area in which it is situated contains similar properties so had a feeling of being an upmarket location. Good restaurant's and beach are within easy walking distance.
