Superb bright and spacious apartment tastefully furnished, ideal for a successful beachside vacation. Located on the 2nd and last floor of a residence close to shops and the ocean, it consists of an entrance, a pleasant living room with careful decoration (with sleeping for 1 person) opening onto a dining room , a separate well-equipped, fitted kitchen, a bathroom. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a large 140cm bed for 2 people and a bedroom with 2 small 90cm beds. Free parking at the bottom of the building. Ground coffee maker. Sheets, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are not provided in the accommodation. July/August cleaning included in the price. To be paid before your arrival: accommodation deposit by credit card only via the secure SWIKLY link and tourist taxes by credit card. Small building within a private park, in a residential area. Located near the sea. Everything on foot. Non-private parking. In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel [hidden] the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, huts with surf schools, and lifeguards who watch over you. Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's also the real vacation, and it's much faster to go to the market. The cycle path called La Vélodyssée crosses the whole district. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters.. Atlantic Park is the largest water park in the Landes with 2800 m² of pools. Blue green Seignosse: that's its name. It is ranked in the top 10 golf courses in France.
