It consists of a living room with two single sofa beds opening onto a furnished terrace with a view of the swimming pool, a functional kitchen area. The night part consists of a bedroom with a large 140 bed and a bathroom. The advantage of this property: a large free car park with non-private parking opposite the residence. Please note: the collective swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 15 and depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance work. The commune of Urrugne forms a landscaped complex which has kept its character and its rural and natural authenticity. The North is formed by the coastline of cliffs which overhang the ocean, only visible from the highest points of view or by some visual escapes. The South is made up of mountains with a much more assertive presence. Contrasting backgrounds which strongly contribute to the visual identity of the Urrugne landscape.
