Property information

Wonderful building of character with side view on the main square of ST Emilion. Ideally located in the historic hypercentre of St Emilion, this tastefully decorated apartment with quality services will seduce you for your holidays discovering St Emilion and its region. In summer, the apartment is cool. On the first floor, very bright, it includes a private entrance landing, an American kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances, a dining area, a living room, 2 bedrooms(including one on the mezzanine), a bathroom with a shower, a towel dryer, and a separate toilet with hand basin.

Neighbourhood information

The village is entirely pedestrianized and very winding. Strongly not recommended for people with reduced mobility. To access the apartment, you have two options: - For free parking, park in the Parking de la Gendarmerie and take the small winding streets called mounds / 5 minutes on foot, along its ramparts and cobbled squares. Be careful in summer, the parking spaces are very busy and you may find it difficult to park. - For paid parking, I invite you to park around the Collegiate Church and the Town Hall. Average price: 30 euros per day.
