CAMBO, C501: HOUSE type T4: beautiful Basque villa with a panoramic view of the Pyrenees mountain range. 7km from the Center of Cambo and the Thermal Baths. Large living room opening onto terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Very well equipped US kitchen, 1 separate toilet. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) with shower room and WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (1 with 160 cm bed, 1 with 2 90 cm beds). 1 bathroom with bathtub, showers, double sinks and WC, 1 mezzanine with sofa and desk. Large fenced and wooded plot around the house. Calm assured. Animals tolerated. INTERNET ACCESS (limited to 130 GB) Bed and bathroom linen are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency) The rental must be left clean (possibility of providing a paid cleaning service) An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code). The following customers all have 24 hours to report to us what they believe is not compliant, or what our services have forgotten to report. If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure.
