A rustically elegant villa of 180m², a quiet location and its direct access to the sea, make it a perfect choice for your next vacation. *** Included in the price: household linen, intermediate cleaning during your rental week, change of linen every 7 days. From 1 April to 15 November 2024, a bicycle is also provided for each adult in the villa on arrival, with assistance throughout the island in the event of breakdown (children's bicycles and electric bicycles available on request) *** At Clos du Pertuis, you can enjoy a very beautiful private heated swimming pool of 4x8 with sea view for an ultimate relaxation experience. The large enclosed and beautifully wooded grounds of 15,000m² will allow you to enjoy nature while guaranteeing your privacy. The 4 bright bedrooms will offer the comfort sought for the guests. On the other side, 3 bedrooms (including 1 children's bedroom with 4 beds including 1 bunk bed), a bathroom with bath, a shower room, WC.
